Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Tags must be intact

Items must not be marked as final sale, custom, or non-refundable
Refund Process

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and (for domestic orders) a prepaid label

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:

Gift cards

Personalized or custom items

Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders: Return shipping is covered for damaged items or exchanges; a small restocking fee may apply for other returns

International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs documentation
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos and your order number

We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
