Refund Policy

At Haus du Le Chic, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right—with grace and efficiency.

 

Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be intact

  • Items must not be marked as final sale, custom, or non-refundable

 

Refund Process

  1. Submit a request via our Contact Form or email hello@hausdulechic.com

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and (for domestic orders) a prepaid label

  3. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

 

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Return shipping is covered for damaged items or exchanges; a small restocking fee may apply for other returns

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs documentation

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos and your order number

  • We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement

  • Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
