Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Certain items, such as sale items or personalized/custom items, are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return

  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item(s).

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
